We had a wonderful family thanksgiving in 2020.  Unknown to us, one of our family members was struggling more than we knew.  Ronnie Cooper would take his life before Christmas.  Not a day goes by that we don't think about Ronnie, not a family event passes that we don't look at each other and know exactly what the other is thinking.  For me it was pain reborn.  My mother took her life when I was nineteen.

          We can't bring back those who we have lost, but we can spread awareness.  The Sitigma Stomp is a 5K (3.1) mile race that raises money for suicide awareness.
